The Mount Dennis Community Land Trust (MDCLT) is a newly founded and incorporated Community Land Trust (CLT) formed in response to the community-driven and Toronto City Council funded and supported Mount Dennis For All Summit and subsequent Mount Dennis For All Action Plan.

Our mandate is to address the challenges of rapid transit-oriented growth head-on and ensure affordable, equitable, and sustainable housing opportunities for Mount Dennis.
